DESIGN AND GURANTEE

DESIGN Standard reactors are designed for 2 Kg/Cm Sq. internal pressure of Full Vacuum. The jacketed vessels are designed for 2 Kg/Cm Sq. jacket pressure and full vacuum inside. Heavy duty vessels for higher operating pressure are also available.

GUARANTEE"FLOWLINK" Reaction vessels are covered by a guarantee of twelve calendar months after dispatch. Which when used in specified and approved operating conditions.

MATERIAL OF CONSTRUCTION

FLOWLINK manufactures Reaction Vessels from Mild Steel, Stainless Steel or Aluminum as per requirements.

LINING : Lead / Rubber / Fibreglass lined or Lead bonded Vessels can be offered in specific cases.

SHELL : Fabricated out of Metal plates in plate bending machine to give perfect cylindrical shape.

DISHED ENDS :Cold Formed by hydraulically operated heavy duty press.

FLANGES : Wide face flanges properly machined & drilled to ensure uniform gasket pressure.
