In case of unusual fluids, its properties like Sp. Gravity, Viscosity & Thermal Conductivity should be given.

SPECIFICATION
SHELL : Electrically welded steel pipes confirming to IS-3589 or Eq.
TUBES : Standard D.X. chillers, for use as water chillers with Freons (12 or 22) as refrigerant, are fabricated with seamless solid drawn plain copper tubes.

For cooling Brines of other liquids, different tube material may have to be used depending upon the characteristics of the liquid to be cooled. For Ammonia as refrigerant, ERW steel tubes confirming to BS-3059/4 / Eq. are standard. Seamless steel tubes confirming to SA-179 / Eq. can be offered in specific cases.

TUBE SHEETS : Mild Steel IS-2062 / Eq.
HEADS : Mild Steel formed Dished ends welded to heavy duty flanges.
TUBE TO TUBE SHEET
JOINT : Roller Expanded with automatic electronic expanding machines to give uniform and leak free joints.
